There is wonderful intensity of aromas in this vibrant 2015 Sauvignon Blanc with notes of citrus, passion fruit and hints of spice and sage. The aromas carry through to similar flavors on the palate with an added minerality that adds nicely to the wines complexity and allure. There is good acidity and roundness with a pleasing crisp, refreshing finish.
